Danyele

Danyele Easterhaus is the owner and president of Danyele Easterhaus Consulting, a full-scale strategic organizational consultancy offering interpersonal skills training and team development for leaders and staff of small to midsize organizations.

Before starting her own consulting firm, Danyele served as the Executive Director of Student Impact of Westfield, where she served for 15 years.  Under her leadership, she grew the organization by nearly 100 percent and led the organization through a campus expansion which doubled the capacity of the facility.   

Serving the community along with mentoring and coaching has been a constant part of her life. A fixture in her Westfield community, Danyele currently serves as President of the Student Impact emeritus board of directors, Westfield Washington Township board of directors, and Women of Westfield board of directors.  She has also served on the Westfield Police Citizens Police Academy, Hamilton County Leadership Academy, Westfield Wellbeing Coalition, Westfield Chamber of Commerce, and Co-Chair of the Westfield YES school referendum campaign.  

Danyele and Ryan

Danyele and her husband Ryan of 25 years live in Westfield, along with their 4 girls, Paige (29), Brooke (20), Jada (19), and Sofia (16). Ryan and Danyele have foster parented many children throughout the years, as well as adopted two of their own girls, one through private adoption and one through foster care adoption. 

In her free time, Danyele enjoys down-time on a beach with her family and watching her daughter, Sofia, play softball.
